Welcome to our 2023-24 'Eco Committee' & 'Eco Warriors'

9th Nov 2023

We are delighted to announce our newly appointed 'Eco Committee' and 'Eco Warriors' for the 2023-24 school year.

Our 'Eco Committee' is a group of P6 & P7 pupils who will be looking for ways to improve and enhance the environment of our school and will be working towards sustaining our ECO FLAG award.  In the Spring our 'Eco Committee' will be prioritising the development of our new Outdoor Classroom area along with preparing and leading activities on our annual ECO DAY.

Keep an eye on the Eco Schools section of the website for more detail....

Also, congratulations to our 'Eco Warriors' who are a group of children from Primary 5 who have successfully applied for the role and shown a great interest in developing their knowledge about all things ECO! This group will be involved in lots of Eco work along with having responsibilities for litter picking/recycling and composting amongst many other things. Again, keep an eye on the school website 'Eco Schools' page to see what the group get up to.
