Tuesday 17th September- A Little bit of Everything!

17th Sep 2019

Today we mixed things up a little bit. We combined Literacy and Numeracy and carried out lots of interesting work and discussion on seasons. Together we came up with lots of  events/dates in the year and sorted them into the correct seasons. Guess which season most of us favoured?  We also found time to do some mental maths counting in two’s and five’s. Jack Hartman’s song Let’s Capitalise helped remind us of when we need to use capital letters. We regularly use his songs to help us in Numeracy as well- movement helps keep us focused and reinforces key concepts.

As promised, look below to see some of the work we completed yesterday.
