Learning is fun in P4AM

16th Sep 2019

We enjoy learning in a variety of ways.  In numeracy we like to sing and move, play games and use practical materials. Here we are working on place value. Mrs McLaughlin asked us a variety of problem solving questions and we had to make a number on our boards to show the answers.

We have been thinking about questions and put some people on the ‘hotseat’. Some children took the parts of the characters from The Enormous Crocodile and we put our questions to them.  We had some original questions and answers!  We enjoyed this activity so much that we asked Mrs McLaughlin if we could do the same thing again with the characters from ‘The Twits’.
