Forms must be returned to school this week.  | P7 parents - Swimming (Block 2) starts on Monday 16th Feb - after Half-term - Block 2 payment should now be paid via Parentmail 'shop'.  | P7 parents - EA Portal for Year 8 applications is open - closing on Thursday 19th February at 12noon. All information can be found on Parentmail sent (20/1/26) and on the P7 class webpage. | Please remember school is CLOSED to pupils this FRIDAY 6th February - all Teaching and Non-Teaching staff are completing AUTISM NI Training in school. | Half- Term Holidays - School is closed from Monday 9th Feb - Fri 13th Feb (inclusive).  School will open again on Monday 16th February.

Ballymena BID Limited appreciate all the teachers and school staff in our local schools! Yet it’s been several years from we’ve sat in those Primary School seats, so we’d love to hear from you the primary school students as to why YOUR teacher, classroom assistant, principal, caretaker or any school staff member is the best.

Please write us a letter or email explaining why your teacher or school staff member goes above and beyond, and in your eyes is THE BEST.

Within your letter please include:

Your Name:
Your Age:
Your Class:
Your Primary School:
Your Teachers Name:
Contact information of your Parent or Guardian.

It’s OK to get help in writing the letter by an adult or older friend or brother or sister. 

The Ballymena BID team will then pick 5 local teachers to win a VERY SPECIAL gift including a £100 Ballymena Gift Card and beautiful bunch of flowers to thank them for being the very best.

You can email your letter to info@ballymenabid.com or post it to Ballymena BID Limited, Office 1 Ballymena Business Centre, 51-53 Church Street, Ballymena, BT43 6DD.

Letters must be received no later than Friday 26th May 2023.  We will let your parent or guardian know if your teachers have been selected for the prize and inform the school, week commencing 29th May.
