Today is World Mental Health Day. As part of our ‘Take 5 pledge’ we stopped to take notice of our surroundings and our bodies. We talked about the importance of keeping our minds and bodies healthy. Then we took part in some ‘Mindful Monday’ breathing. It was very relaxing!
