Today is World Maths Day so we spent lots of time doing all sorts of different and fun Maths activities.
To begin with we used our amazing Maths skills to solve “The mystery of the spoiled party bags.” We had to add, subtract, tell the time and use co-ordinates to find clues that helped us to pinpoint the culprit who had stolen the gifts from inside the party bags. It was great fun pretending to be a detective and following the trail of clues!
Later in the day we went outside and spent some time in the fresh air completing a series of Maths challenge cards. They really made us think!
