World Book Day in P3SG 📚 🌎 📕

5th Mar 2026

Today on 'World Book Day' we came to school with our wooden spoon book characters . We shared which book characters we had chosen to design on our wooden spoons, what a super job we all did! We then took some time to share with each other our photographs of us reading in unusual places, we came up with some fabulous ideas! After that our class got to visit the Book Fair which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Later on the boys and girls from P6JH came down to our classroom to read to us. We all found a comfortable spot on the carpet with our cushions and blankets and enjoyed listening to a story of our choice. A big thank you to Mrs. Henderson's class for taking time to read to us all! What a great day!!
