We had a very busy and exciting day celebrating World Book Day in P1! 📚✨
We started the day by visiting the book fair, where everyone had great fun choosing some wonderful new storybooks. A big thank you to all the mums, dads and grandparents who came along to help us pick our books.
Next, Mrs McLaughlin’s P4 class came to read to us, which we all really enjoyed. It was lovely sharing stories together!
Later, we had lots of fun showing each other our decorated wooden spoons and sharing photos of us reading in interesting places. The creativity was fantastic!
Thank you again to all the parents and grandparents who helped with these activities at home.
