As part of our 'Wellness' week initiatives/discussions, Emma and Zane from The Jigsaw Team came into our class. We discussed certain smells and how they make us feel. We each used cotton wool and socks-clean ones!- to make a scented ball , infused with scents that we found calming. We can sniff our sock when we are feeling worried or stressed.
