Hello and welcome back from P4GM!!!! We hope everyone had a lovely break and is ready to face 2020 with enthusiasm. Our first lesson of the year was to discuss and record New Year resolutuions.

We started by discussing what exactly a resolution is and why we make them. The terms self-improvement and making good changes were key.
