Summer Assessments continue this week - (see more details in Parentmail sent on Weds 22nd April) All P3 -P7 pupils will be taking Standardised Tests in Literacy and Numeracy and will be timetabled to sit these tests in the ICT Suite - please make sure your child is in school each day during this assessment period. Today was a day we all really enjoyed! We excitedly boarded a bus to visit Ballymena library. A lovely lady called Roberta talked to us about how books are stored and recorded in a library. She was very impressed when Luke was able to explain how  non-fiction books are sorted into the correct categories. Roberta read us some of Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes- hilarious! The key words we remember are

Another very nice lady took us on a tour of the second floor of the library. She explained how maps and old photographs are also stored in a library. This helps us to record local history. Cool!
