We are Resilient 👏🌈

14th Sep 2020

We have all been feeling a wide range of emotions during the last number of months. Covid 19 has brought a lot of changes in so many ways to all of our lives. We have all had to adapt to The New Normal. In school 🏫 we are regularly washing our hands🧼 🤚 and staying safe inside our class bubbles. The good🤩 news is that we are all standing together to get through the Coronavirus. Today, Claire , our Jigsaw 🧩 worker, came into our class. She talked about emotional 😭 intelligence and how important it is to be resilient🏅.  If we are resilient, we have strategies to help us cope with our emotions and worries😪. Claire was very impressed at how good we were at identifying different emotions and our knowledge of how we can help get our anxiety levels under control. We are looking forward to Claire coming back in again next Monday afternoon.
