Walk in Wednesdays!

2nd Jun 2025

(Website post from 31st March 2025)

In line with Camphill's Sustrans Active Travel drive, we are delighted to promote 'Walk in Wednesdays'. This encourages children and families to get active on the first Wednesday of every month, in the hope that this will develop healthy habits throughout the month.

Ballee Baptist Church and Ballee Presbyterian Church have very kindly offered the use of their car parks as a base for 'park and stride'. Children can choose to ride, scoot or walk to school. There will be no adult supervision provided at either of these locations on any dates.

Walk in Wednesdays will talk place on the 2nd of April, 7th May and 4th June. All children can put on their HI-VIS Vest and walk to school.

Let's get active!
