Trevor’s Award Nomination

4th Sep 2025

We have some great news to share! Trevor, one of our lollipop men, has been nominated for the BBC Make a Difference Good Neighbour Award!  This is a competition for everyone in Northern Ireland and Trevor has made it through to the final! He is one of only three people in the country to be a finalist in this category.

At the start of July, Trevor appeared on the Vinny and Cate Show on Radio Ulster. He is now going to attend the Awards Ceremony on Friday 26th September in Belfast where the winners will be announced.

We are so proud to have Trevor in our school community; he does so much to support everything we do here and our pupils and staff are very fond of him.

We wish Trevor all the very best at the final and we can’t wait to hear all about it. You can listen to the final on BBC Radio Ulster/Foyle, and follow it on social media, on The Vinny and Cate Show live.

Congratulations to Trevor on getting to this stage! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
