Take 5 in the Sunflower Room

19th Jun 2025

This morning children from the sensory circuit groups in P4 and P5 got the day off to an active start with cheetah runs and cross overs. One group even had to do reverse cheetah runs!

The main Sunflower Group from P1 and P2 joined their base classes for some activities and spent some time with us where they enjoyed taking notice and connecting with each other while we painted some dinosaurs outside in the sunshine. The children chatted to staff and children from other year groups as they passed by.

At break time we enjoyed our snack outdoors at the bench where we spied a few spiders. There was lots of fun and laughter when the children discovered that there was sticky weed growing near our room.
