Take 5 during Children's Mental Health Week

The theme for Children's Mental Health week this year is "This is my place" - where we think about belonging, connection and wellbeing. Feeling like we truly belong helps our mental health and wellbeing. Belonging with friends, family, school and community makes us feel supported and confident.

This links with our Take 5 pledge where we aim to support our emotional health and wellbeing by following the 5 Steps to Wellbeing.  This pledge is for all members of our school community so why not try to complete some of the steps with your child this week.
