Swimming Success

Amelie and Lucy Pittam attended the Ulster Primary Schools Swimming Gala last weekend and returned with a number of medals to celebrate their success. Lucy achieved a podium place winning a bronze medal in the 25m freestyle. At the same event Amelie also achieved a podium place winning a silver medal in the 50m butterfly. Over the past number of weekends, Amelie has also attended the Swim Ulster Festival and the Antrim Junior Championships were she won five gold medals, two silver medals and two bronze medals. To top off her fantastic success, Amelie also won a cup for ‘Best Girl’ at the Antrim Junior Championships. Both girls are very pleased with their results and as a school we are extremely proud of them and their success. Well done girls!
