Stuart Reid - Author Visit P3, P4 and P5

We are excited to announce that on Tuesday 26th September we will be welcoming Scottish author, Stuart Reid to our school for the day. Stuart is the author of the 'Gorgeous George' series. His first book won the Silver Medal at the Forward National Literature Awards, and his books are written to inspire children to read for enjoyment. On the day, he will be giving us a special book reading assembly where we will get to hear some of his wonderful stories. 

Pupils in P3 -P5 are being asked to bring a donation of 50p, which can be given to their teacher on the day, to help cover the cost of the visit. 

On the day, there will also be an opportunity for our pupils, if they wish, to purchase from Stuart's book collection. Book prices will range from £4-£7. The list of books that Stuart will be bringing is listed below.
