STEM CLUB

'SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS'

PRIMARY 5

WEEK 5 - ENGINEERING

This week, pupils were tasked with constructing a vehicle, capable of carrying 'cargo'. In this case, the 'cargo' is a Creme Egg, not a person! Pupil will then compete to 'race' their vehicles and cargo. The winner will be the vehicle which travels the furthest, without 'shedding' its cargo!

After an interesting chat about the parts of a vehicle (wheels, tyres, axle, chassis, body), pupils were given step-by-step instructions to build their cargo vehicle.

Come back next week to view the finished vehicles and find out which pupil will win 'The P5 STEM Cargo Vehicle Challenge'!
