Summer Assessments take place over these next 3 weeks - starting on Monday 27th April..... (see more details in Parentmail sent on Weds 22nd April) All P3 -P7 pupils will be taking Standardised Tests in Literacy and Numeracy and will be timetabled to sit these tests in the ICT Suite - please make sure your child is in school each day during this assessment period. These test scores will be issued on your child's End of Year report. | The school online uniform shop is now open until Friday 15th May for new school uniform for next academic year - Delivery is due into school wk.bg. 15th June. Social media is becoming increasingly difficult to navigate, especially for parents wanting to protect their children.

Here are ten tips for talking to your child about their use of social media and the internet:

  1. Have conversations from a young age
  2. Lead by example
  3. Ask your child about the apps and websites they use
  4. Set boundaries - but be realistic
  5. Reassure them that they can always talk to you
  6. Talk about personal information
  7. Talk about social media
  8. Talk about gaming
  9. Talk about cyberbullying
  10. Act on warning signs
