Today, we managed to avoid the rain showers and get outside for some scooter skills. We discussed how to check our scooters were safe and the different methods for stopping. By the end of the session we were experts in turning, weaving in and out, and safely passing pedestrians. We also talked about crossing a road safely with our scooters. There was just enough time at the end to have a ‘free ride’.
