Summer Assessments continue this week - (see more details in Parentmail sent on Weds 22nd April) All P3 -P7 pupils will be taking Standardised Tests in Literacy and Numeracy and will be timetabled to sit these tests in the ICT Suite - please make sure your child is in school each day during this assessment period. School Council Meeting March 2019

The new School Council came together for their first official meeting with Mrs McMaster and Mrs McLaughlin.  They discussed the school Positive Behaviour Policy and looked at Article 12 of the UNCRC.  The council members then listened to P7 members as they gave a speech to try to get elected as Chairperson and Secretary.  Members voted to elect a Chairperson and Secretary for future meetings.  Ashton is our new chairperson, supported by Luis as Vice and Matthew is our new Secretary, supported by Harry as Vice.  It was a very successful meeting and finished with Mrs McMaster telling us that from now on, the School Council will have juice and biscuits at meetings!  We are so happy to be School Council members!
