Santa comes to Camphill!

18th Dec 2025

What a Magical Morning at Camphill!

Today started when Santa himself sent a surprise message over the school phone system to the whole school. Mrs McMaster could hardly believe her ears! Santa could be heard ringing school and saying he was nearby and he had been told that all the boys and girls at Camphill had been really good this year so he was heading our way..... he just had to get his reindeers parked somewhere safely and work out a new form of transport! He asked all the boys and girls to head outside and sing Jingle Bells really really loudly!

Mrs McMaster quickly told everyone to head outside and sing Jingle Bells to help Santa out as he was trying to park his reindeer somewhere nearby and look for a lift!

And oh my goodness… what a lift he got! Santa arrived in style in a police Land Rover! The excitement on everyone’s faces!! 2 PSNI officers helped get Santa out of the Landrover and as Santa walked around all the boys and girls cheered and waved!

Santa then spent the morning in school giving out presents and enjoying our Christmas party.

All the boys and girls received a tube of sweets, a christmas swirly straw and a box of candy sticks from Santa and then went to their Christmas party where there was a DJ! Afterwards they boys and girls all enjoyed crisps, sweets and a drink.

Thank you to everyone for making today so much fun!
