Thank you to all who attended the first session of our 'Couch 2 5k' with Ballymena Runners!

This Thursday (2nd May), there is another chance for all who missed last week to register and start your journey to 5k!

Everyone is welcome - meeting at the Ecos Centre at 6.30pm.
