Today we went to the Assembly Hall and had our first reflexology session with Victoria, the school's Jigsaw worker.
We learned lots and lots about our feet and how rubbing certain areas of them can help with the health of different parts of our bodies. We also learned that rubbing a special place on our hands can help us to calm down when we are feeling anxious.
We all had a really great time and are already looking forward to next week's session.
