Today we had Katie back to continue our ‘Resilience and well being’ lessons.
We made a web of compliments by passing wool to our friends and giving positive comments. It was really lovely and very uplifting to hear all the comments we were able to share about each other!
At the end of the lesson we learned a short mindfulness activity. It was a really good way to relax!
