REACH ‘Resilience and Well-being’ in P5 JD/RB Week 2

26th Jan 2022

Today is our second week of REACH.

We had great fun today using play dough to model items that show how we feel.
We thought about feeling happy, sad and a range of other emotions.

we thought about what resilience is and Katie explained the bouncy ball story! Why not ask us to explain this at home! It really helped us to understand!

we thought about the 5 steps to well-being too,

  1. connecting with others
  2. activity
  3. giving
  4. taking notice
  5. learning.

We really enjoyed our time together today!
