Big Big Christmas win!! 'SPLIT THE POT' is down to hours ...all entries close at 12noon on Weds - we now have £965 in the pot!! The draw happens on Thursday at 1pm....  | Little Stars/Big Stars JANUARY booking is now OPEN - and will close at 10am on Friday 19th Dec. | Wednesday - Whole School Cinema Trip - all pupils come to school as normal in school uniform. Break snack will be provided by the cinema. All pupils will be back in school for lunch.  | Christmas Party day is this THURSDAY - all classes will be in the hall at a Christmas Disco and hopefully Santa will make a visit to school as well. Reach “Resilience and well being programme” in Primary 5WS

Today Katie from REACH visited Primary 5WS to begin the “Resilience and well being” programme. 

We started the session by playing some games. Our favourite was the “Rock, paper, scissors” tournament which was won by Chloe L. 

Then we had to tell Katie some things that we hoped would and would not be included in the programme. We discussed these with Katie and she helped to dispel any fears or worries that we had. 

Next we thought about, and discussed, the range of different emotions that we feel every day. We had to pick six of these emotions and colour in a heart to show how much of each we felt was inside us. It was great fun and really made us think about how we were feeling!

we really enjoyed today’s session and can’t wait for Katie to visit again next week!!!
