Primary 7 set off on their residential!

20th May 2026

It was an early start on Wednesday 20th May for our P7 pupils, who set off from school at 8am, full of excitement for their three-day residential trip to Greenhill Activity Centre in Newcastle.

Following a last-minute change of plans, the group travelled knowing they would be part of the Royal Visit taking place in Newcastle. On arrival, they were fortunate to be positioned close to the landing site of the Royal Helicopter and were thrilled to catch a glimpse of the King as he arrived.

What an unforgettable and exciting start to their trip! The adventure now continues back at the activity centre, where the pupils are eagerly looking forward to a range of outdoor activities.

Please keep an eye on the P7 class webpage throughout the week for photos and updates from their trip.
