Primary 5 enjoy Day 2 of the Shared Education Programme

25th Nov 2022

Pupils from both Primary 5 classes met up with their friends from Mary Queen of Peace today, Friday 25th November, for their second Shared Education Day in Camphill Primary School.

The programme for the day included mental maths games, a technology project and some musical creativity.

Miss McGurk took sessions using Charanga, the online Music platform. The children listened to an anti-bullying rap and then worked together to write some additional lyrics.

Miss Service used the Izak9 cubes, to promote skills in Numeracy, by playing a broad selection of mental maths games which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Mrs. Davis assisted the pupils with a technology challenge. The children made strong tubes from rolled up paper and then joined these together to make three dimensional pyramids.

All three Primary 5 classes involved had a fantastic day and are already looking forward to another visit before Christmas .
