Today we had a special visit from Chris from ‘Play it by Ear’ Drama Group. We had a wonderful time exploring our emotions through drama.
Chris helped us to think about all the different emotions that we feel and how we portray them! Sometimes our emotions can be very loud, and it makes them hard to deal with. We thought about different strategies to help us deal with difficult emotions.
We played games and acted out different feelings. We thought about how to make difficult choices and why we make these choices.
