As a 'Rights Committed' class, we have been thinking about how extreme weather conditions and climate changes could impact on children's lives around the world. We considered some scenarios and their possible consequences and then matched the results to an article from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child which could have been affected. This was a very useful activity and reminded us of the articles, as we prepare to focus on one of them in our class assembly next month.
