On Friday, Claire, our Jigsaw worker, along with Lori, came into our class to begin our Take 5 workshops; reminding us about the importance of keeping our minds healthy and of ways in which we can do that.
We enjoyed the first session and look forward to many more interesting sessions over the next few weeks.
