We’ve been very busy in P7 since returning to school! As part of our maths work this week we carried out a couple of investigations. We used our multilink cubes to create larger cubes which helped us learn about cubed numbers. (We then managed to build tall towers with the cubes in a joint effort over a wet lunch 🙂).
We also used clixi to investigate how many different nets of cubes there are. We recorded the possibilities in our books, being careful not to record any flips or rotations.
We enjoyed our practical maths!
