P7AS Business Beginnings Programme

9th Mar 2026

We have started our Business Beginnings Programme today. Business Beginnings is part of the Young Enterprise Scheme and is specially designed for P7 pupils.

We had to think about what a business is and what a good business would look like.  We also had to think about what an entrepreneur is and what qualities a good entrepreneur would have. We also had fun guessing some well known business logos and slogans.

We then participated in a team building challenge where we had to build the tallest tower possible using only 20 strands of spaghetti, 5 marshmallows, 1 metre of string and 1 metre of tape.

We had lots of fun trying to complete the challenge, which wasn’t easy! What do you think of our efforts?
