P7AM/MM World Mental Health Day Activities.

We have been marking World Mental Health Day with a range of different activities.

A special Newsround episode explained how different young people manage their emotional well-being. We learned about a girl called Isla who kept chickens. This made us all aware of different things that we can do.

In school, we have two Jigsaw workers, who we can talk to. They spoke to our class about their role and the different ways we can manage our emotional well-being.

We practised some breathing exercises too and took time to colour with some mood music playing in the background.
