We looked at some work by the local artist, Stephen McCurdy. We focused on his works containing the Titanic museum and also the Harland and Wolff cranes. After some discussion over how he created his images we decided on using both chalk and oil pastels to create our images. We enjoyed using the chalk pastels to create a smudging effect, some of our desks ended up rather messy!
