P7 Titanic Trip - Group C

8th Mar 2023

Today we had our school trip to the Titanic Museum in Belfast with our friends from Mary Queen of Peace. We set off early and arrived just before 10am. Our group was outside first and went down to explore the slipways. It was amazing to see the scale of the ships and we had great fun running up and down. When we got inside we had great fun exploring the 10 different rooms, reading information and looking at pictures and artefacts from the Titanic and its launch in Belfast harbour. We were then spoiled as we got to eat our lunch aboard the Nomadic, which we explored after eating. We got a sense of what the passengers would have experienced when they were on the tender to board the mighty Titanic. Our final stop was the shop - always a huge hit!
