P7 RO Floating Boat Experiment

In P7 we have been learning about the Titanic and about how a ship that size works.

We then completed an experiment to try to create our own small boats from plasticine. Our first task was to see if we could make a boat that floats. Our second task was to see how many marbles our boats could hold before the sank.

We had great fun working in groups and our winning groups managed to get their boat to hold 19 marbles before it sank.
