P7 Final Shared Education Meet - Group C

21st Mar 2023

Today we had our final meet up of the year with our friends from MQP. We had such a fantastic day, all of which was based around our transition to secondary school. Our group began the day with a visit from the neighbourhood police who made us aware of some potential situations we may face at the bus station, online or even at school. We were very excited when they took us outside and let us get into the super cool police cars! After break we joined Play it by Ear drama group. This was brilliant and we looked at our emotions and how we might express those, most importantly Chris and Ross told us of how important it is to talk about our feelings. Our group ended the day with some fun group activities including passing a squeeze, a feather and a ping pong ball around. We were very relaxed by the end of the session as we did some gentle breathing exercises and some relaxation. What a day!
