Today P7 came together in the hall for a stress release session with Sarah from the EA Nurture Team. We joined in getting warmed up by moving on the spot, giving ourselves a facial massage, stretching and relaxing by taking part in a ‘body scan’ where we were aware of each part of our bodies.
We had fun doing this as a year group as we know we only have a few weeks left together before the end of P7.
