P7 Digital Leaders

13th Nov 2023

Congratulations to our 25 newly appointed P7 Digital Leaders.

Pupils completed an application form outlining their reasons for wanting to become a Digital Leader, what they enjoy in ICT and how they are responsible for something in school or at home. Miss Crawford and Mrs McMaster met to review the applications and we are glad to say that everyone competed them to a good standard to become a Digital Leader.

Digital Leaders will meet with Miss Crawford, our ICT Co-ordinator, on a regular basis to plan and prepare for ICT based activities and information to be shared with the school. We plan to take an assembly around Safer Internet Day, to lead class sessions later in the year and also to assist teachers and pupils with ICT activities and equipment.

Each Digital Leader has been assigned to a year group to be available when requested to help and support with ICT activities and technical problems should they arise.

We look forward to a great year of ICT with the support of our Digital Leaders.
