Since it was such a beautiful afternoon, we headed up to the outdoor classroom and enjoyed some time just noticing and taking in what was all around us. We looked across Ballymena and the countryside and lots of children were able to pick out lots of landmarks.
Some drew fantastic images of what they saw as well.
We were definitely ‘connecting, learning and taking notice’.
We even heard about the time capsule that is buried under the beech tree and were fascinated by it!
What a lovely afternoon just enjoying the sunshine and fresh air!☀️😀
