P6JH Eco DayπŸŒ³πŸ’πŸŒΌπŸͺ»

24th Apr 2026

What a day we had in P6JH. Each of us made flowers from crisp packets. We even made more from tissue paper and made them into a bunch (in a recycled vaseπŸ˜€) as a present for the residents in Camphill Nursing Home!

We visited our ‘Rainforest’ trough box and planted parsley and leeks. Some of us tasted the parsley! A few of us designed a Viking longhouse and lots of little Viking peg people for our Viking trough box.

Each of us planted sunflowers and look forward to watching them grow. We also planted peas and hopefully, when they grow, we will be able to eat them!

Thank you to Mrs Anderson and Miss Simpson for all their hard work organising such a great day!πŸ‘πŸŒ³
