We have been thinking about how the Vikings would preserve their food, and we have learnt that they would have used salt from the ocean. We made an ‘ocean’ by dissolving salt in water. We now have to wait to see if the water evaporates and leaves any salt crystals behind. We are excited to keep checking on our solutions!
