Summer Assessments take place over the next 3 weeks - starting on Monday 27th April..... (see more details in Parentmail sent on Weds 22nd April) All P3 -P7 pupils will be taking Standardised Tests in Literacy and Numeracy and will be timetabled to sit these tests in the ICT Suite - please make sure your child is in school each day during this assessment period. P6 RO Eco Day 2026 😊💐🌻

What an amazing Eco Day!!

We had a day filled with fun eco activities and lots of opportunities to be outdoors.

We started the day outside sorting our P6 boxes at the front of the school, we planted parsley and leeks, then we moved onto our Viking box where we create a Viking scene. We even got some rhubarb to take home.

We took some time to enjoy the weather and had some mindfulness time colouring our Eco Day pictures.

We create a tissue paper bunch of flowers, which we will donate to Camphill Care Home, as well as flowers made from recycled crisp packets.

Our day finished by planting a sunflower to take home and planting peas to keep in school, which we will taste once they are grown.

An amazing day and amazing weather to match ☀️
