P6 Nurture in 5

Today Sarah, EA Nurture Advisory and Support Service, visited us to take us through more examples of Nurture in 5 and how it can help us relax throughout our school day.

Sarah took us through the 5 steps:
1. Warm-up
2. Stretch
3. Hands on
4. Breathe in
5. Wind down

Throughout the session we Connected with each other, we had the opportunity to Be Active and finally we were able to Take Notice of how our body feels when it is stressed and what we can do to get rid of that stress.
