As part of our WAU theme we researched Viking Ships and then decided to make our own!
In groups, we planned, designed and redesigned until we ended up with our amazing replicas!
Our ships had to be a similar shape, have a figure head and tail, have oars and shields as well as a mast and sail!
Each group was able to evaluate their own work and talk about what went well, any problems they had and how they solved them.
Next week we will test if they float and how far!
