School is now closed for the EASTER HOLIDAYS - Pupils return to school on Tuesday 14th April. The School Office opens again on Monday 13th April. | ECO DAY is coming on Friday 24th April - we are going to plant sunflowers on Eco Day. Over Easter we ask that everyone looks out a clear 2L bottle. Please wash this and cut the neck of the bottle off before bringing it into school. No milk cartons please! | School Holidays 2026 - 2027 are now available under 'PARENTS' area of the website...... School starts for pupils on Thursday 27th August 2026.

P6 Ballymena Academy Taster Day 😊

Today P6 attended a taster day at Ballymena Academy 😊 all of our pupils loved the opportunity to see what KS3 will look like in secondary school.

We had a taste of 6 different activities, that all linked to areas of the curriculum we will be learning about when we move onto our new school in 2025.

The 6 activities we completed were:
> CSI: Cool Science Investigators,
> The Fit Bits - PE and Games,
> Rocket making,
> Learning Mandarin,
> Home Economics - Making chocolate mud pie,
> Drama - watching and taking part in some song and dance.
