School is now closed for the EASTER HOLIDAYS - Pupils return to school on Tuesday 14th April. The School Office opens again on Monday 13th April. | ECO DAY is coming on Friday 24th April - we are going to plant sunflowers on Eco Day. Over Easter we ask that everyone looks out a clear 2L bottle. Please wash this and cut the neck of the bottle off before bringing it into school. No milk cartons please! | School Holidays 2026 - 2027 are now available under 'PARENTS' area of the website...... School starts for pupils on Thursday 27th August 2026.

We have been learning about the importance of Remembrance.

Many of our pupils shared information about family members who fought in different wars.

We read through John McCrae’s poem, In Flanders Fields, discussing how the poppy features.

It was interesting to learn more about the Royal British Legion and the work that it does.

We learned how to draw poppies and decorated our poems with these.
